RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Gain2x.com, we strive to provide our customers with a satisfactory shopping experience. We understand that there may be instances where a refund is necessary. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for products purchased through the Gain2x.com Online Store.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
a. Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or significantly different from the description on our website, you may be eligible for a refund. Please record & notify us strictly within 7 days of receiving the product and provide supporting evidence such as photographs or videos.
b. Non-Delivery: If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery timeframe or if there is evidence of non-delivery, please contact us to initiate an investigation. If it is determined that your order has been lost in transit or undelivered, we will issue a refund.
c. Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please notify us as soon as possible. If the order has been scheduled for future date and time, it is advisable to take action ASAP so as to cause least inconvenience to all concerned. If the order is not dispatched yet been dispatched, we will cancel the order and issue a suitable refund as per the refund process.
2. Non-Eligibility for Refunds
a. Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds for products if you simply change your mind or decide that you no longer want the item.
b. Customer Error: If the product was damaged or lost due to customer mishandling, misuse, or negligence, refunds will not be provided.
c. Sale and Clearance Items: Sale and clearance items are generally non-refundable unless they are damaged, defective, or significantly different from the description on our website.
d. Sales terms : No refund or cancellation will be accepted for items that are perishable in nature on special order, end stock etc. and/or marked ‘non-cancellable/non-returnable.’
3. Refund Process
a. In cases where a refund is eligible, we will initiate the refund within 10 days of approving your request. The refund will be credited to respective wallet or the original payment method used for the purchase.
b. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
c. In all cases, we request that the product be returned to us before issuing a refund. We will provide instructions for the return process, and the return shipping costs along with repacking cost incurred may be debited by us, depending on the circumstances. The decision of the Store management will be final and binding.

In any eventuality, our liability shall be not more than the cost of the damaged product/s.
